What sets Candy apart?
When Candy was little she wrote in a diary (it had a lock and key!). Not about her life, but about a pretend life of a girl named Sharon. Now, for many years, her passion lies in creating for children.
Candy is a fellow Vermont College of Fine Arts alum!. She holds an MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults.
Candy also has two grown kids and four grandsons! She lives in Raleigh, NC, with her husband David.
